I was sent an invite, told to set up an account, there was some guided help telling me what to click on and what to do. When creating a business entity, it failed in the background but the guided help kept going on it's script, so it was pointing out things to do that weren't on the screen at all. Additionally, there's no support link in the email and no reply to the originating email address, nor the ability to reply to the person who sent the invite.
