I am unable to find the entries in the energy-saving credit calculations. Additionally, the data is not being saved after a certain point. I have tried this multiple times with multiple clients.

Even after I provided the full address, it is still asking for the address, city, state, and zip code. This is causing confusion for the taxpayer.
